Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 12, 2026
1. Introduction
Intense Digital ("we," "us," or "our") operates Advetter, the ARCON Vetting Assistant (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
We collect information that you voluntarily provide when using the Service:
- Account Information: Email address, password, full name, company name, and user type (agency, brand, or freelancer)
- Campaign Information: Campaign names and submission details
- Uploaded Content: Advertising creatives (images, videos, PDFs) and supporting documents (model IDs, brand authorizations, payment receipts)
- Communications: Messages you send to us for support or inquiries
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
When you access the Service, we may automatically collect:
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the Service
- Log Data: IP address, access times, referring URLs
- Cookies: Session cookies for authentication and preferences
3. Google Account Integration (Gmail)
If you choose to connect your Gmail account, Advetter requests limited access to your Google account through Google's OAuth consent process. This section explains exactly what we access, how we use it, and how you can revoke it.
3.1 Data We Access
- Your Google account email address, to identify which account is connected.
- Permission to send email from your Gmail account on your behalf.
- Read access to the specific email thread created when you send a vetting pack through Advetter, so we can display the ARCON reply within the app.
We do not access, scan, or read any other messages in your mailbox.
3.2 How We Use This Data
Gmail access is used exclusively to: (a) send your vetting pack and supporting documents to ARCON when you click "Send via Gmail", and (b) retrieve and display any reply to that email thread inside your Advetter dashboard, so you can track ARCON's response without leaving the Service.
3.3 Data Transfer
We do not sell, rent, or share your Gmail data with third parties, data brokers, or advertisers, and we do not use it for advertising purposes. The only outside party that receives message content is the recipient you address the email to (ARCON) as part of the send action you initiate.
3.4 Data Protection
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted, scoped to your account, transmitted only over TLS, and used solely by Advetter's backend to make the Gmail API calls described above.
3.5 Data Retention and Deletion
Gmail access tokens are retained until you click "Disconnect" under Settings → Integrations, which immediately revokes and deletes the stored tokens, or until you delete your Advetter account (see Section 6, Data Retention). You can also revoke Advetter's access at any time from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
3.6 Limited Use Disclosure
Advetter's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Gmail data is never used to develop, improve, or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
